Adam and Cam have just released Birdhouse, an iPhone app that lets you save, rank, and organize drafts of Twitter posts for later publishing. I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a lot of post-it notes, Gmail drafts, and text clippings I can get rid of now that this little bit of bliss has come into my life.
And bliss it is. Cam’s design is immaculate AS USALLY, and Adam’s wit and charm shines through, especially in the tutorial asides it gives you when you start out. Sure, putting actual effort into Twitter may not be for everyone, but if you’re interested in making the most of your 140 characters, I can’t think of a better tool for the job.
(Speaking of tools, I’ve already seen douchebags bitching that four measly bucks is way, way too much to pay for a brilliantly crafted app, the product of months of careful, thoughtful work, that runs on the three-hundred-dollar cell phone you’re paying eighty bucks a month to keep using. Their cockpunches are in the mail.)
